In my life I have very little personal experience of consuming alcohol. I am over 35 years I have never got drunk to the point of loosing memory. I have tried alcohol for the first time when I was 18 years old. During my birthday I was encourage by my friends to do it. I was finally adult and I was legally allowed to do it. We were in the bar and I ordered beer. I have tried it but I didn’t like the taste of it and I did not even finish the bottle. This unpleasant taste stopped me from going more in this direction.
I was not keen on drinking alcohol also for other reasons. I was already observing before many times what is happening with people when they drink alcohol. I am from Poland and in my country alcoholism was and still is a big problem. I also had a chance to see how people in my family were destroyed by alcohol. So it was no sense for me to start drinking alcohol at all. I also started to learn meditation and in almost every book about this topic it was said that alcohol has adverse effects on meditation.
So many things in my surrounding were telling me that there is nothing of a value in drinking alcohol.
Most of the people that I knew and that I worked with were drinking alcohol. Sometimes they invited me to go to bars and disco with them. But I didn’t find it as amusing as it was for them. They were drinking alcohol and getting drunk and I didn’t. I didn’t understand their jokes etc. and it was boring for me. I was usually observing people rather then participating with them in their fun.
But with the time I have decided that glass of wine from time to time is not going to make harm. My friends were making fun out of me that I was so quickly influenced by alcohol. But it was in a sense normal because I didnt do it very often and this is how my body was reacting. But I have never got to the stage of getting too drunk. I always knew what I am doing.
There was one time when I decided to get drunk to see what is going to happen with me. We went to the disco on the weekend. I drank one beer first. Later I decided to drink tequila because I have heard from other people that it makes people drunk very fast. I took 2 or 3 shots of tequila. I remember that I started to smile a lot and feeling very happy. And I was dancing like never before. My friends were making fun out of me and laughing a lot because they thought that I am very drunk and I already don’t know what I am doing. Apart from this they have never seen me like this before. But in reality I wasn’t so drunk as they thought. I knew exactly what I was doing. And inside of me I was laughing at my friends that they thought that I am drunk. I laughed at them that they got fooled so easily. Of course I was affected by it. I was different. As I said before I was smiling more then usual and started to feel somehow happy.
But after about 30 – 40 min I started to feel uncomfortable in my stomach. My body was telling me that it doesn’t like alcohol. In this moment I decided that there is no point to drink more alcohol. I already knew what is going to happen with me if I drink more. I knew that I would end up with hangover the next day and feeling sick. And in this moment I stopped. There was no point of going there. This feeling of happiness was false and started to wear off together with this feeling in my stomach. Again I had a confirmation that there is no point of drinking alcohol and getting drunk to the point of loosing memory, control of my body and becoming unconscious.
Few years later I had one more experience when I allowed myself to get drunk a little more then usual according to my standards but I knew all the time what I am doing. And after this there was no more getting drunk. In the last 3 years I have not drunk a single drop at all.
And you know what? I see that I don’t need it. I don’t care if I don’t have many friends.
There is one phenomenon about alcohol from the observation of other people. When they have hangover, they suffer, they have pain, they are not feeling well at least the next day. But when they meet with their friend they are so proud of themselves that they were throwing up, that they lost memory, that they were unconscious, that they were falling on the floor because they could not hold the balance, that they could not stand up, that they were sleeping on the street because they didn’t control their body anymore. And the more they were drunk and without control the more they are proud of themselves and feel really special when their friends talk about them. And on the other hand when somebody doesn’t drink alcohol, he/she is being regarded as boring.
This has a deeper meaning behind. It says a lot about us as humanity. It shows what we value. Our world is in dire straits. Poverty, hunger, crime, wars etc prevail our reality and instead of doing something about it we prefer to search for attention and feel proud about ourselves through humiliating ourselves with drugs, sex and alcohol.
We are never going to change anything in this world if we continue going on this path. The situation is only going to get worse. I know that if everybody stopped drinking alcohol and taking drugs in this moment, there would be a dramatic change in the whole world immediately. The time and money spent on consumption of alcohol could be inverted into establishing Equal Money System. And this would give you and all of us happiness that is incomparable with the “happy 30 min” when I took tequila.
But talking about what if.... is also not going to bring any change in this world. Because in the end we have to stop drinking alcohol, stop taking drugs for real and establishing Equal Money System for real. I cannot close you in the room and force you to stop doing it. Each and every one of us has to understand it and stop themselves. You will see that you loose nothing and you gain everything.
But you will only understand it, once you do it. And I can assure you about it because I have done it already myself and I am living example of it. Now is your turn.

I am continuing with the previous article.
As I said before the leaders from the communist regime had to step down. But this has happened only for a short period of time. Let's analyse the whole situation from the perspective of different group of people and how they have changed during and after transformation period.
GROUPS:
1. Non-religious and non-communist
It is difficult to say how big this group was because they were always quiet doing their own things. But they were minority.
2. Religious and non-communist
People in this group were against communism for the simple reason that communism was against religion and against god. And because people in Poland are very religious and this is very strong in their culture and tradition, they were not supporting communism at all. But practically speaking and they were doing little against communism apart from going to church and praying to God.
3. Passive communists
There were many people who joined communist party for the sake of survival in the system. Although racism was not allowed in the constitution of Poland but in real life it was apparent that if you're not a member of the communist party, you have little chance of having a better job and not being ostracized and persecuted by the regime.
4. Communists for egoistic reasons
Members of the communist party always had a chance of getting a better job and many other unofficial benefits and support from the government. And even though communism was implementing the idea of what is best for the whole nation ( at least on the paper and in propaganda ), in real life there was a big group of people - members of the party, who were participating in it for their own economic benefits ( including the leaders ).
5. Active communists and the leaders
This was the group of people who believed that communism is the best system to have better life for all nation, for all people. But of course there were small sub group of top leaders who were doing it for other reasons.
GROUPS AFTER THE FALL OF COMMUNISM
Group 1
Those people have changed very little during transformation. They were doing their own things before and after.
Group 2 & 3
People from those two groups were happy with that fall of the communism. And during the transformation they were supporting parties that were neutral or supporting religion and belief in god. It was a logic in it because it was the first time when people had the chance to vote for a party that was not against religion.
Group 4
They knew what they want right from the beginning. They were interested in making money. And they were supporting parties and organizations that were pushing strongly the point of economic reforms (capitalism).
Group 5
Most of the leaders had to step down from their leadership positions in the local and national governments. After the fall people were on adrenaline rush and in the election majority was voting for a new leaders who were promising the change. Ex communist leaders had to step down but that doesn't mean that they have completely removed themselves from the political scene. They just didn't have enough support and votes in the election to get the positions in the government.
But they were in power before. And they knew that it's cool to be in power. So after the official closure of the Communist Party – PZPR, they started to establish new parties that were in opposition to the new government. There were enough of people who were comfortable in the communist system and they were supporting their old leaders in establishing new parties.
And relatively quickly they started to come back to power. And this happened in 2 ways.
1. Once the excitement of the people after the fall of the communism wear off, they started to come back to political scene and attack new leaders that they are not effective. People were expecting miracles and didn’t understand that transformation requires time and slowly started to look back in the past when things were relatively stable ( result of decades of effective brainwashing ). And people started slowly to support more the opposition parties.
2. People started to support old communists also for another reason. They have transformed themselves very quickly and very smoothly into capitalists. And it was relatively easy for them to do it because they were in power before. They had the top positions in the governments and public companies. They knew the system and they knew the right people and they had more money then others even though this should not exist in the communism. They started to establish their own private companies and buying off the public companies for relatively small amount of money. And in this way they became even wealthier very quickly. And after about 4 years, they started to attack new government for not doing effective changes and at the same time they were presenting and show to people that they are able to give them jobs etc. And in this way they started to gain more supporters and come back to power again.
This is what has happened in Poland. But almost the same story happened in Russia and other East-European countries. The same people who were in power in communist regime, returned to power after the transformation.
The story that is happening currently in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Syria and other Arab countries is very similar to the events in Poland 20 years ago. People are coming on the streets with the stones and try to fight against police and the army of the governments. They do it because they are desperate and they have enough of the corruption, control, abuse etc of the elite who is in power.
Unfortunately, even if they succeed in changing the government, this story is going to repeat itself in their countries as well. Those who are in power today will return to power sooner or later. And many people will die during the clashes and transformation, and those who survive will only find out few years later that nothing has changed. And they will see that greed, corruption, abuse, control etc. still exists and the same people who were in power before are in power again.
I would write another article about what has changed in Poland during the 20 years after the fall of the communist regime to prove my point that this way of bringing the change is not effective at all.
The only way that could bring real change and stop the abuse and suffering of people is establishing Equal Money System. No revolution will ever bring the change that we want and at the same time there will be loss of life in the clashes with the elite and those who are in power. Implementing Equal Money System through political means of voting will help us to do it in peaceful way without unnecessary loss of life.

in this image famous Polish sportsman dared to express his opinion publicly about the communist regime during Summer Olympic Games in Moscow in 1980. After that he needed to flee from Poland to Germany to avoid repercussions.
Many of us still remember or have heard about the changes in Poland that happened in the 1980’s. There was a big fall of the communist regime and the transformation in the political system done through “SOLIDARNOSC” movement with its leader Lech Walesa. It was not easy and the blood spilled during the clashes with the government, police and army. People had enough of it and finally somehow they managed to bring down the regime of the communist party.
Many people were very excited and motivated and were looking forward to the new system. They were relieved that the regime has fallen down and were expecting new and better life. New leaders and new parties had very easy win after the fall of the communism. They were presenting new ideas of change, freedom etc. and there was no surprise with their victory.
So the transformation of power through the revolution and the victory in the elections was one thing. But the next step was implementation of the changes into practical life and fulfilling of the promises made to people by the new leaders. And this was even more difficult than bringing down the regime. But people didn’t realize it. There was a real mess that was left over after communists – not only economic but also mental mess and brainwashing that needed to be changed and repaired.
People were expecting that after the fall of the communist regime life will be immediately better. They somehow didn’t realize that cleaning of the old mess and establishing new system takes more then 2-3 years. They were expecting instant miracles.
But this didn’t happen.
After 2 – 4 years people started to see that life is not really getting as good as they were expecting and the whole excitement was wearing off slowly and steady.

You are never going to succeed unless you understand one point. If you are trying to do something, to change something while being in one of the polarity points, you will not be able to make any real change. You will only think, perceive, hope and believe that something is changing but it will no be anything of a real value that would last. The change that looks like a change will either be a movement within the polarities that is never stable or you will just change the stage, scenery, environment, actors etc. but the story line of the film will be exactly the same.
For example Christians regard themselves as the good ones ( positive polarity ) and the unbelievers or those from other religions are the bad guys ( negative polarity ). How long is this war of polarities already going on ? At least 2000 years. Has anything changed ? Not really. There is ongoing tension between Christians and the Muslims. And there are either bigger wars between the countries or on the small scale between the neighbors.
“New age” ( spiritual ) people are no different. They regard themselves as positive and don’t even consider what they are doing to this world through the law of polarities. Law of attraction ( as promoted in the book “The Secret”) does exactly the same. And there are many more examples. As a matter of fact our whole world and the mind are based on the law of polarities.
The magnet has its opposite polarities. There is a positive and negative side. The positive end cannot exist without the negative, opposite side. If you want to be a positive person there must exist somewhere negative person and vice versa. You must validate your statement and definition of yourself as positive by having somebody or something negative. Sometimes there is a movement within the polarities and temporary state of balance. But because you don’t understand how all of it operates, you very quickly enter again into a polarity end ( either negative or positive ) and the story repeats itself.
So if you want to make a positive change in the world and regard yourself as a positive person you will be continuously creating something negative situations and negative people. And you will never make any change in this world.
The only solution is to stop participation in polarities. There is no other way.
There is an excellent course at “Desteni I Process” where you can learn in depth about the law of polarities and how to stop the participation in it. By applying the tools from the course you will be able to change your life effectively ( e.g. stop addiction, create supportive relationship, understand and change your self esteem problems etc. ). There are already many people who share on internet their achievements with this training and for example the success rate in dealing with addictions is incomparable even with the other best specialized establishments in the world.
